2021 Greater Baton Rouge Area Market Snapshot
When comparing the real estate market in 2021 to the market in 2020, median sales prices rose each month and the inventory of homes for sale decreased by close to 50% each month. The market is still doing FANTASTIC! With lower inventory and higher median sales prices, it’s a great time to sell. It’s also a really good time to buy, as we are anticipating multiple interest rate increases this year.
