After having our house up for sale by owner for six months, then with a different realtor for six months, Stacy sold our house in just SIX DAYS with multiple offers, for more than we were even asking when it was previously listed. Stacy reached out to my previous neighborhood to inform us that our neighborhood had a high interest in buyers.  At the time I did not intend to sell, however because of Stacy’s non complacent work ethic and her due diligence in reaching out to the community I decided to call Stacy.  Upon first  communication Stacy was easy to talk to, she listened to my needs, and she was very informative.  She immediately searched the areas I was interested in and sent me comps in the area, as well as in my previous neighborhood.    Stacy set up appointments that met my availability and she was always accessible.  Having not used an agent before on previous homes I’ve sold and purchased, I was very impressed on the extent of work Stacy put into her job on finding my new home and information Stacy provided.  Due to the time constraint on selling my house to purchase my new house Stacy immediately jumped into action on what my previous home would need to improve for selling.  She helped coordinate with repair and service providers as well as inspectors and terminate companies to use.  She sets up the appointments and she makes herself available so I did not have to leave work to meet the contractors.  She handles all the contracts and paperwork required for purchasing and selling.  She also is very intelligent and very helpful with advice if needed.   Even after I purchased my new home I contacted Stacy for recommendations on contractors for various items needed to improve on my new home and she was just as available and helpful.  I would recommend using Stacy Branyan.

Stacy was perfect for us. We are a young couple and knew next to nothing about home buying at first. In fact, we weren't even sure we wanted to buy a home at first or continue renting. She sat down with us and talked us through the process and went over the pros and cons of buying a house. We spent  probably about 2.5 hours in total and asked hundreds of questions. She did not pressure us at all and was very knowledgeable. 

After a few weeks we decided we wanted to start looking and came to Stacy with about 20 houses we wanted to look at. That was at about 4 pm on a Friday. A few hours later she told us to meet her at 9 am the next morning at the first house. We then proceeded to see 18 of those 20 homes. I was very impressed. She got to know us and the type of house we were looking for and we eventually decided on the perfect place and put in an offer.

The sellers were getting a divorce so they were very difficult to work with, but we really wanted the house so Stacy coached us through the entire process. She was even drafting contracts with us through Christmas. Addendum after addendum she was on point and always just a phone call away. There was a big question about the septic system that almost caused the deal to collapse (because it looked like the sellers wouldn't fix it). She ensured that everything was taken care of.

We closed on time and could not be happier. We are 100% certain that things would not have ended the way we wanted if we didn't have Stacy on board. Thanks Stacy!

Best realtor around! Stacy held our hand through the entire buying process. She spent an entire day one Sunday showing us houses because that was the only day My husband and I were both off work together. She explained everything to us, gave us our options, her opinion, and then sat back while we decided how we wanted to proceed. She was truly a professional and knowledgeable about everything- even if she didn't know an answer to our question- she would tell us honestly and then go find the answer. There were many after hour phone calls, text messages, and emails. She recommended top notch inspectors and everything else we needed an outside opinion on.
